Why has my credit card been declined?


A credit card may decline for many reasons such as the merchant’s machine, invalid PIN, or your available credit. You may review your available credit:

  1. Click on My Accounts
  2. Select your Credit Card account. Here you will find details of your Credit Card in the blue box.
