How do I increase the size of the text within Online Banking?


Online Banking offers three different default text sizes that you can select by clicking on the letter icon next to “Text Size” in the upper right hand of the screen. If you find the default text sizes are insufficient, you may increase or decrease the size of the font displayed by using the following browser commands:

PC Users:

  • Hold Ctrl and press the + key to increase the size of the font.  Alternatively, holding the Ctrl key and scrolling the mouse wheel up will increase font size.
  • Hold Ctrl and press the - key to decrease the size of the font.  Alternatively, holding the Ctrl key and scrolling the mouse wheel down will decrease font size.
  • Hold Ctrl and press the 0 (zero) key to reset the font size to default settings.

Mac Users:

  • Hold the Command or Apple key and press the + key to increase the size of the font.  Alternatively, holding the Command or Apple key and scrolling the mouse wheel up will increase font size.
  • Hold the Command or Apple key and press the - key to decrease the size of the font.  Alternatively, holding the Command or Apple key and scrolling the mouse wheel down will decrease font size.
  • Hold the Command or Apple key and press the 0 (zero) key to reset the font size to default settings.
