How far back can I view my transactions online?


For Bank Accounts, you can view and print up to two years of your transaction history online by:

  1. Clicking on My Accounts.
  2. Select the account you wish to view, and choose either the ‘View’ dropdown menu to change the period you wish to view, or use the date range function to search by specific dates. 

For Credit Card accounts, you can view the transactions for the last three statement periods on your account by:

  1. Clicking on My Accounts.
  2. Select your Credit Card.
  3. Under Transactions, select the statement date you wish to view in the dropdown menu.

For investment accounts, you can view the transactions for the last eighteen months on your account by:

  1. Clicking on My Accounts.
  2. Select your Investment Account.
  3. Select your Investment (Savings, GICs or Mutual Funds)
  4. Under Transactions, select the statement date you wish to view in the dropdown menu.

You can also access up to seven years of statements for your Bank Accounts, Credit Cards within Online Banking. For Investment accounts, you can view the last seven years of confirmations and quarterly statements.
