If you need to report an unauthorized transaction on your bank account, please call us immediately at 1 877 CALL BMO (225-5266), or visit nearest BMO Bank of Montreal branch

We will reimburse you 100% for any losses to your Personal Banking accounts resulting from unauthorized transactions through Online Banking.  For more information, please visit the Electronic Banking Guarantee.

If you have an unauthorized transaction on your Credit Card, please call the MasterCard Customer Contact Centre immediately at 1 800 263 2263.
